Custom Department, Ministry of Finance has issued guidance for the review of customs declaration with a reference number 04170/DoC, dated 5 February2013, in order to identify regulation, standard of procedure declaration aims to administrating and implementing the customs regulation to be strictly, to facilitate trade and ensuring effeiciency on collection of fiscal revenue are accurately and completely.
In addition it also identifies standards of review, for instance, a plan to identify targeted groups of entrepreneurs who will be inspected, forming the technical inspection team including compilation of all necessary documents, set up of coordination mechanism and identification of forbidden actions by inspecting officers to ensure that implementation of this guidance is consistent throughout the country.
