For a company who intends to run as IECP, they must amend the Enterprise Registration (in case of the registered capital below 150 billion Kip) and submit amended documents to DDT, MOIC no later than May 01, 2019

Any company is not able to improve and follow the terms and conditions as stipulated in Decree 331, they are unable to import the petroleum and to operate the business. The terms and conditions as stipulated in Decree 331/PM will be implemented on June 01, 2019 onward.
